Job description
As a Reservation Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests and play a crucial role in managing the reservation process. This includes handling booking inquiries, providing detailed information on accommodations, and liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless guest arrivals. Your dedication will help our client offer a premium experience for every guest.
Respond to reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
Provide detailed information on accommodation options, availability, rates, and special offers.
Process bookings, changes, and cancellations accurately through the property’s reservation system.
Recommend suitable options tailored to guests’ needs to enhance their stay experience.
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth check-ins and assist with guest requests.
Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest preferences.
Essential requirements
Previous experience in reservations, customer service, or hospitality is preferred.
Exceptional communication skills with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to multitask and manage a high volume of inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with booking systems and property management software is advantageous.
Organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends and occasional evenings.
