We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our client’s domiciliary care service. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in leadership within the care sector, a deep understanding of CQC legislation and compliance requirements, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.

Job description

  • Ensure the service operates in full compliance with CQC regulations      and all relevant legislation.

  • Lead, manage, and develop a team of care staff to deliver      high-quality, person-centred care.

  • Oversee daily operations, including care planning, rota management,      and quality assurance checks.

  • Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and documentation to      the highest standard.

  • Drive continuous improvement and service development initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families,      local authorities, and healthcare professionals.

  • Monitor and report on performance, addressing any areas of concern      promptly and effectively.

Essential requirements

  • Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care (Leadership &      Management) or equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in      domiciliary care.

  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, standards, and compliance      frameworks.

  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, resources, and service growth.

  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of vulnerable      adults.
