The Chef de Partie will oversee a specific kitchen section, whether pastry, sauce, or larder. The role involves preparing meals for patients in accordance with dietary requirements, as well as daily meals for staff in the canteen.

Job description
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a high standard.
Monitor portion sizes and waste control.
Ensure all menu items are consistently prepared and available.
Store, handle, and rotate products according to safety standards.
Complete and maintain all necessary records and documentation under the H.A.C.C.P system.
Maintain and clean kitchen equipment and work areas.
Essential requirements
Excellent cooking skills with proven experience in a professional kitchen.
Well-organised and able to manage a specific kitchen section independently.
Team player with strong communication skills.
Commitment to high personal hygiene and cleanliness standards.
Punctual and reliable.
